Project Overview

Goal: Highlight official architecture and project a welcoming, dignified symbol of state governance at night.

Lighting Style: Energy-efficient warm LED fixtures carefully placed to accent structural pillars and outlines

Newon lighting conducted a survey and proposed a complete solution from designing to budgeting. Below is the picture from of the proposed design.

The proposed lighting design creates a balanced, layered night view by combining linear outlines, pillar wall washing, and tree ring uplighting.

Thanks to the Ajk government’s approval of our model, here is the breathtaking result after implementation of our new building illumination.

Engineering the Control System

A facade lighting scheme this size needs power distribution that is both safe and serviceable for decades, not just for the opening night. Newon designed and installed a dedicated distribution board (DB) specifically for the exterior lighting load. The entire system runs on an automatic voltage-control timer: lights switch on at 7:00 PM and off at 1:00 AM, seven days a week, with no manual operation required — and the schedule can be reprogrammed on site as seasonal sunset times change.
