Tower 3 of the Centaurus complex is a high-rise (24 floors) shell which is being converted into the Mövenpick Hotel. It have all the five star amenities inside the tower. At Gym-0 level it has swimming pool. Newon was approached by the PGCL to install a fibre optic star ceiling above the swimming pool in this prestigious project.
Above the swimming pool area of 700 sqft gypsum ceiling, fibres had to be drilled out of the gypsum ceiling. Agreeing upon the methodology and specifications, we have started installation.
Total number of four fibre machines and seven fibre rolls has been used. Fibre machine is of 45W double head with twinkling effect. All the four machines are synchronised means color etc can be controlled from one remote of all four machines at once. Fibre rolls of five different diameters 0.5mm, 0.75mm, 1mm, 1.5mm and 2mm has been used.
The result, as you can see, is very natural and attractive and specially at night time when the pool is full of water, reflection of the stars at water surface seems more beautiful.
