The Two Installations

Slow pink-to-magenta colour cycling was selected for its calming, non-stimulating transition profile.

2. MH Hospital Rawalpindi — Mental Health Rehabilitation Branch

At the Rawalpindi mental health rehab branch, the curtain ring light serves the rehabilitation and relaxation environment, where gentle, predictable visual input supports de-escalation and emotional regulation. The remote illuminator is housed out of reach in the ceiling canopy, so patients interact only with passive, electricity-free strands.
