Uplighting

Uplighting is one of the most basic forms of outdoor lighting. It is used to create drama with a taller structure or tree. You can choose to highlight the trunk of (generally larger) trees or the underside of the tree’s canopy. If your tree has an open, leafy structure, you can install uplighting close to the base of the trunk. The angled light illuminates the central branches and leaves of the tree.
