What does IP68 mean?
IP68 per IEC 60529 is the highest standard ingress protection rating — fully dust-tight and rated for continuous submersion beyond 1 metre depth. It is the correct and only acceptable rating for any permanently underwater-installed light fitting.
Is a power supply included?
No — a 12V DC waterproof power supply is required and sold separately. Newon’s waterproof LED power supplies are compatible. WhatsApp us with your total wattage requirement for power supply sizing.
Why warm white for a fountain?
Warm white at 2700K–3000K creates a soft, natural glow in moving water — the warm tone complements the reflective quality of water at night and produces an inviting, premium appearance. Cool white in water tends to look clinical; warm white looks designed.
Can multiple rings be connected to one power supply?
Yes — multiple 12V DC rings can be connected in parallel to a single appropriately rated waterproof power supply. Contact Newon to calculate the correct driver wattage for your installation.
